Product Description:
This high-performance aluminum radiator is crafted with precision, featuring a core welded in a vacuum brazing furnace—no epoxy used. The radiator is 100% TIG welded for superior strength and durability. Made from high-quality AA5052 aircraft-grade aluminum, it offers a stronger, higher coolant capacity than OEM units.
Designed for maximum cooling efficiency, this full aluminum radiator helps prevent premature engine failure. Its lightweight, high-heat-transferring aluminum construction, combined with a tube-and-fin design, dramatically increases surface area, allowing heat to dissipate more effectively. Offering 35% to 45% more efficiency than stock radiators, it also boasts a significantly higher coolant capacity, improving system performance and enhancing resistance to temperature surges, especially in racing applications.
