Buying Guide:

How do you figure out the right radiator for your car?

First, enter your car’s year, make, and model into the search bar on the AlloyWorks website. Then, look up the compatibility table of the radiator description to confirm whether it is fit your car.

The core size is very important. We highly recommend that you measure the exact height/width of the radiator you’re using in your car right now. It’s a bit of a hassle but it’s worth doing to avoid buying the wrong model and having to go through whole the exchange/refund process. The inlet/outlet location, and whether transmission oil cooler is included or needed are also important to know for choosing the right radiator

 

Are your auto parts new?

Yes, all our auto parts are in brand new condition

 

Are these radiators direct-fit replacements?

Unless otherwise stated, our radiators are direct replacements for the parts that came on your vehicle originally. They require no modification to install

 

What can I do if I can’t find the part I’m looking for?

Although we carry thousands of parts, we are not able to carry every part for every vehicle. If you are having difficulty locating a part, please contact us at cs@alloyworksplus.com

Delivery Questions:

Which courier you use?

Most orders by FedEx due to UPS's lack of capacity during COVID-19. Tracking number will be provided upon shipment

 

When will my order ship?

1-3 business days after order confirmation

 

How long for delivery?

3-9 days in the contiguous US

 

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

No. The carriers we use can not deliver products to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses

 

What if I need my parts sooner? Can I expedite shipping?

Sorry, expedited shipping is not available. For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please allow additional shipping time

Return and Refunds:

Is there a warranty?

Yes. We guarantee the quality of the products of "ALLOYWORKS" for a period of 12 months from purchase date

 

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Most of our products have a no questions asked return policy as long as there is no damage. For product specifics, please view the product page. You can also view our Return Policy page for more information

 

What if I want to cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel an order, please let us know ASAP. Detailed policy please find "CANCELLATION OF SALE" on Return Policy page

 

What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to cs@alloyworksplus.com and we will deal with it immediately
