FORD Clutch Rod, PERMANENT FIX/REPAIR!!
1988-1998, 1999-2010: F150, F250, F350, F450, F550 POWERSTROKE, SUPER DUTY, BRONCO.


We personally machine each part with quality and precision!!
This is your "permanent fix/repair kit" for your worn out rod end plastic bushing and/or clutch lever pin
This will tighten up your clutch pedal.
This is done by installing an "all steel, zinc plated" self-aligning heim joint. (In place of your worn out "plastic bushing" rod end)
Full instructions are included to help you do this.


You will need:
Hacksaw or dremel tool with cut off wheel
Small hand or bench grinder
11/16 wrench
Vise grips
2 large screwdrivers
set of allen wrenches
9/16 wrench

On the 1999+ Powerstrokes and Super Duty it is a little more difficult due to the clutch rod being hardened. The second video will explain how this can be done the easiest way.
