Made from high-quality A5052 aluminum, this aluminum radiator ensures maximum cooling efficiency, effectively preventing premature engine failure. Ideal for enhancing car radiators, it provides robust performance and reliability.

About AA5052 Aircraft Aluminum
Our radiator is made of AA5052 aircraft aluminum. 5052 Aluminum's major alloying element is magnesium, providing higher strength and greater corrosion resistance, including resistance to saltwater.
Higher density core: Cooling rows are spaced 3/8" apart, giving you 25% more rows within the core than other aluminum radiators.
This AA5052 aluminum radiator is engineered for maximum cooling efficiency, preventing premature engine failure. Its lightweight, high-heat transferring design with a tube and fin structure increases surface area for better heat dissipation. At least 30%-45% more efficient than stock models, this Chevy radiator also has a higher coolant capacity, making it ideal for the Chevy Silverado radiator and enhancing resistance to temperature surges, especially in racing conditions.

Activates by grounding electric fans at a preset temperature.
180'F turn-on temperature, 165'F turn-off temperature.
3/8" NPT thread-in brass probe w/ 1/2" NPT adapter included.
RED + connect directly to the battery.

BLACK goes to the thermos switch.
The BLUE wire goes to the Fans.
This setup will run Fans & pull air in through the radiator.
