Specification:
100% quality assurance tested, more responsive, less expensive, easier to install.
Perfectly replace the OEM sheet metal unit.
Dual ports, relieve excess crankcase pressure quickly.
Precision engineered and CNC machined for a perfect fit and seal.
Prevent premature leaks due to warping and dress up your engine bay.
Heavy duty billet never bend or deform like the factory stamped covers.
High temp oil resistant, leak-free gaskets.
Installation Steps:
Remove the accessories near the engine to reach the engine.
Remove billet tappet cover.
Install 1 perimeter O-ring and 6 standoff O-rings to tappet cover.
New billet tappet coverreplaces the OEM sheet metal unit.
Install new cover to engine by bolting 6 bolts.
Install 2 hose breathers to tappet cover.
Friendly Reminder:
We recommend installing a catch can with any tappet cover that does not have a baffle setup. Factory covers have a baffle and then just dump the crankcase air out a tube and onto the ground, which leaves puddles of oil over time. If you install a catch can, you can simple pour the oil trapped in the can back into the engine and will leave no oil drips on concrete(which is a much better setup than what came OEM).
