Alloyworks radiator is made of AA5052 aircraft aluminum, distinguishing it from other sellers' T-3303 series. The AA5052 series aluminum is superior to the T-3303 series.

While more than 90% of aftermarket manufacturers opt for the T-3303 series aluminum due to its cost-effectiveness and accessibility, it comes with several drawbacks. These include poor polishing effects, softness, susceptibility to scratching and corrosion, and inadequate heat dissipation. Prolonged operation of a T-3303 aluminum radiator under high pressure and temperature can lead to leakage issues.

AA5052 aluminum, on the other hand, is an Al-Mg alloy renowned for its excellent corrosion resistance, reliability, cold workability, and strength. Magnesium, the primary alloying element in AA5052, contributes to its favorable forming and processing properties. Widely used in the manufacturing of aircraft fuel tanks, oil pipes, vehicle and ship sheet metal parts, hardware products, and electrical appliance casings, AA5052 is a preferred choice for its robust characteristics.
