Thermostat Kit:
Universal fit for any automotive vehicle and electric fan.
Activates by grounding electric fans at preset temperature.
180'F turn-on temperature, 165'F turn-off temperature.
RED + connect directly to battery.
WHITE wire to ignition switch power source.
BLACK goes to thermos switch.
BLUE wire goes to the Fans.
This set up will run Fans & pull air in through radiator.

AA5052 aluminum radiator core can be made more efficient by changing the tube spacing and fin count. If the tubes are placed closer together and the fins are packed in tighter a denser core is created that throws off much more heat. A high efficiency core can have tubes on 3/8" centers and fin counts increased to 14 to 16 FPI,That may not seem like a big deal but the surface area is greatly increased.

Combined with all the additional fins between the tubes this provides approximately 30% to 45% better cooling than the OEM radiator had.
The core of the radiator is welded in vacuum brazing furnace, no epoxy.The Radiator are 100% welded by TIG.
