Description
Package Included: 1 Brake Proportioning Valve
Specification: Material: made of high-quality Aluminum. Color: as picture. 100% quality assurance tested, more responsive, less expensive, easier to install. Pressure adjustments range from 100-1000+ PSI. Provide for a maximum decrease of 60% in line pressure. Brings a much better overall braking performance. Allow you to fine tune the front to rear braking balance.
Installation Instructions: Drain the brake fluid before you do anything else. Use the two 0.25" body holes to secure the valve to a mount. Connect the "IN" port to the pressure line coming from the master cylinder. Connect the line going to the calipers to the "OUT" port. Rotating the adjuster knob clockwise until it is all the way in. Bleed the brake and check for any leaks at the valve or its fittings. Do some test braking to adjust the bias before it works properly.
Cautious: Make sure the valve isn't rubbing against any other brake lines or contact with the hood.Brings a much better overall braking performance.
Operation: the knob rotated all the way out (counter-clockwise) will provide a maximum pressure reduction of 60%. Rotating the know in (clockwise) will incrementally increase line pressure, up to full pressure.
