The core of the radiator is welded in a vacuum brazing furnace, free of epoxy. This Case radiator is 100% TIG welded for maximum durability, offering a stronger and higher coolant capacity than OEM units.
Made of high-quality full AA5052 aircraft-grade raw aluminum, this radiator is designed to provide maximum cooling efficiency and prevent premature engine failure. Its lightweight, high-heat transferring aluminum features a tube and fin design that dramatically increases surface area, enabling more efficient heat dissipation.
