Description:
1.Our Radiator is made of AA5052 aircraft aluminum,5052 Aluminum major alloying element is magnesium,has a higher strength and greater corrosion resistance (including to salt water).
2.Higher density core: cooling rows are spaced 3/8" apart,giving you 25% more rows within the core than other aluminum radiators sold
3.14-16 cooling fins per inch,giving you approximately 1500 more cooling fins than other aluminum radiators. AA5052 aluminum radiator core can be made more efficient by changing the tube spacing and fin count. If the tubes are placed closer together and the fins are packed in tighter a denser core is created that throws off much more heat. A high efficiency core can have tubes on 3/8" centers and fin counts increased to 14 to 16 FPI,That may not seem like a big deal but the surface area is greatly increased. Combined with all the additional fins between the tubes this provides approximately 30% to 45% better cooling than the OEM radiator had.
The core of the radiator is welded in vacuum brazing furnace, no epoxy.The Radiator are 100% welded by TIG. AA5052 Aluminum Shroud+Fan:
Our custom-made AA5052 aluminum fan shrouds are manufactured to fit our ALLOYWORKS radiators. These fan shrouds are fabricated for use with our electric cooling fans but allow for use with most low profile electric fans.
The fan and the fan shroud effectively drive the heat over and out the engine compartment rather than thrusting it into the front of the engine. The fan shroud basically houses the fan blades securing it in place and keeping it from damaging the other engine components that may disturb the smooth and even operation of the engine. With excellent operating temperature management, allowable levels of engine temperature are stabilized. Investing in proper maintenance though will considerably benefit the ride and driving quality in maintaining the ideal working conditions of the engine.
