Our radiator is made of AA5052 aircraft aluminum. 5052 Aluminum's major alloying element is magnesium, providing higher strength and greater corrosion resistance, including resistance to saltwater.
Higher density core: Cooling rows are spaced 3/8" apart, giving you 25% more rows within the core than other aluminum radiators.
The core of the radiator is welded in a vacuum brazing furnace, with no epoxy. The radiator is 100% TIG welded, ensuring stronger and higher coolant capacity than OEM units. It is made of high-quality full A5052 aluminum construction. An aluminum radiator is designed to provide maximum cooling efficiency, preventing premature engine failure.
This AA5052 Aluminum Radiator is designed to provide maximum cooling efficiency to prevent premature engine failure. Its lightweight and high-heat transferring aluminum features a tube and fin design that, dramatically increases surface area and enables the heat to dissipate more efficiently. This AA5052 Aluminum Radiator is at least 30%-45% more efficient than stock ones. Most importantly, it has a much higher capacity for coolant than stock ones, which means that your cooling system will be more efficient and will be more resistant to temperature surges in racing applications.
