Our radiator is crafted from AA5052 aircraft aluminum, which offers higher strength and superior corrosion resistance, including against saltwater.

The core features a higher density with cooling rows spaced 3/8" apart, providing 25% more rows than other radiators.

Welded in a vacuum brazing furnace with 100% TIG welding, it delivers greater strength and coolant capacity than OEM units.

Designed for maximum cooling efficiency, it helps prevent premature engine failure.

Radiator Features:

This AA5052 aluminum radiator maximizes cooling efficiency to prevent engine failure. Its lightweight, high-heat transferring aluminum with a tube and fin design enhances surface area for better heat dissipation. It’s 30%-45% more efficient than stock radiators and has a higher coolant capacity, improving cooling and resistance to temperature surges, especially in racing conditions.

Thermostat Kit Installation:

Universal fit for any automotive vehicle and electric fan.

Activates by grounding electric fans at a preset temperature.

180'F turn-on temperature, 165'F turn-off temperature.

3/8" NPT thread-in brass probe w/ 1/2" NPT adapter included.

RED + connect directly to the battery.

WHITE wire to ignition switch power source.

BLACK goes to the thermos switch.

The BLUE wire goes to the Fans.

This setup will run Fans & pull air in through the radiator.
