The core of the radiator is welded in a vacuum brazing furnace, with no epoxy. The Radiator is 100% welded by TIG. Stronger and higher Capacity for Coolant than OEM units, Made of High-Quality AA5052 Aircraft Grade Aluminum Construction
Full Aluminum radiator is designed to provide maximum cooling efficiency to prevent premature engine failure. Its light-weight, and high-heat transferring Aircraft Grade Aluminum features a tube and fin design that, dramatically increases surface area and enables the heat to dissipate more efficiently. This High-Quality Aluminum Radiator is at least 35% to 45% more efficient than stock ones. Most importantly, it has a much higher capacity for coolant than stock ones, which means that your cooling system will be more efficient and will be more resistant to temperature surges in racing applications.

Thermostat Kit:
Universal fit for any automotive vehicle and electric fan.
Activates by grounding electric fans at a preset temperature.
180'F turn-on temperature, 165'F turn-off temperature.
3/8" NPT thread-in brass probe included.
The probe typically threads into the radiator, water outlet, or manifold.

RELAY KIT INSTRUCTIONS
RED + connect directly to the battery.
WHITE wire to ignition switch power source.
BLACK goes to the thermos switch.
BLUE wire goes to the Fans.
