Our radiator is made of AA5052 aircraft aluminum. 5052 Aluminum's major alloying element is magnesium, providing higher strength and greater corrosion resistance, including resistance to saltwater.
Higher density core: Cooling rows are spaced 3/8" apart, giving you 25% more rows within the core than other aluminum radiators.
The core of this vehicle radiator is welded in a vacuum brazing furnace, with no epoxy. The radiator is 100% TIG welded, ensuring stronger and higher coolant capacity than OEM units. This car radiator is made of high-quality full A5052 aluminum construction. An aluminum radiator is designed to provide maximum cooling efficiency, preventing premature engine failure.
This AA5052 aluminum radiator delivers superior cooling efficiency to prevent engine failure, outperforming stock Chevrolet radiators, including the 1999 Chevy Silverado radiator. Its lightweight, high-heat-transfer design with a tube and fin setup increases surface area for enhanced heat dissipation. Offering 30%-45% more efficiency than stock radiators, it also holds more coolant, making your cooling system more effective and resistant to temperature surges, ideal for racing applications.

3/8" NPT thread-in brass probe w/ 1/2" NPT adapter included.
RED + connect directly to the battery.

BLACK goes to the thermos switch.
The BLUE wire goes to the Fans.
This setup will run Fans & pull air in through the radiator.
