Radiator Features

The Alloyworks car radiator fan is designed to enhance cooling performance for your vehicle. Ideal for Ford radiators, especially the ford 1979 F250 radiator, this fan maximizes airflow to keep your engine running smoothly. Crafted with durability in mind, it’s the perfect upgrade for maintaining optimal temperatures in your Ford.

1. This car radiators is made of AA5052 aircraft aluminum, which has higher strength and greater corrosion resistance (including to salt water).

2. Cooling rows are spaced 3/8" apart, giving you 25% more rows within the core than other aluminum radiators sold. 

3. 14-16 cooling fins per inch, giving you approximately 1500 more cooling fins than other aluminum radiators.

4. Approximately 30% to 45% better cooling than the OEM radiator had.

5. The Radiator is 100% welded by TIG. Stronger and higher capacity for coolant than OEM units, providing maximum cooling efficiency to prevent premature engine failure.

Thermostat Kit

The thermostat kit is a universal fit, which makes it the perfect choice for any automotive vehicle and electric fan. This thermostat activates by grounding electric fans at preset temperature.

It features a 185-degree Fahrenheit turn-on temperature and a 165-degree Fahrenheit turn-off temperature. The 3/8" NPT thread-in brass probe adapter is included.

Relay Kit Iinstructions:

RED + connect directly to the battery.

WHITE wire to ignition switch power source.

BLACK goes to the thermos switch.

The BLUE wire goes to the Fans.
